Or use `t=1m30s` format: `https://youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ&t=1m30s`

Timestamps in descriptions serve a completely different purpose than shareable timestamp links. When you add timestamps starting at 0:00 to your video description, YouTube converts them into chapter markers.
